In this role you will:
Lead and inspire a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Manage daily store operations, including stock control, visual merchandising, and store presentation.
Drive sales and achieve KPIs through effective team management and customer engagement.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that aligns with the brand’s values.
Train, mentor, and develop team members to grow their skills and reach their potential.
Analyze sales data and implement strategies to improve performance and profitability.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.

Have at least 2 years of experience as a retail store manager
